I'm so far from clingy that I will actually make you feel completely unwanted.

Yeah I'd want a "low-maintenance" relationship too. It boggles my mind how some couples can be lovey-dovey with each other 24/7.

Otoh, I a apparently make a great backdrop for PDA judging by all the couples who like to go at it around me on public transport.

I know right. I have actually seen people look around to see if they could get away with being gross, look directly at me, and then start being gross anyway.

About the relationship thing: some people seem to feed off each other's clinginess. It just makes me feel tired and annoyed to have someone cling to me, and trying to fake being excited over getting a million texts a day... I can't do it.
