6: I would think you'd be glad your student council wasn't like Ohtori's... those guys were crazy.

8: Jayne/Simon is the only Firefly ship I really like.

11: ...okay, confession time: I never "got" Al/Sam. I mean, if you're going to ship either of them with anyone it would have to be each other since they never spend any time onscreen with anyone else for more than an episode (apart from that one time with the evil leaper, but that was never going to go anywhere), but still. Aren't they intangible to each other? Isn't that kind of a hurdle? Anyway, I always thought Al was kind of annoying... go ahead and be suspicious, I don't mind. :)

19: I'm the other way around. I can't watch S1 or S2 eps any more without thinking "Man, this'd be so much cooler with Martha." Even the eps I'd thought were perfect the first time... To me, Martha makes everything better.

37: ME TOO. Hahahaha. Huzzah for the dirty-minded!

41: Unfortunately, this kind of thing is not limited to anime/manga fandoms... though it's more common there, I think, because those fandoms skew younger. It's a little less annoying when a fan writes like a twelve-year-old if they're actually twelve.

43: WAIT FOR THE DVD SET. I know I am. *hums* Wishing we will find... the ciiiiities of gooooold!

44: ...there's another reason to watch Torchwood? Surely not the plots.

Al is annoying? Say it ain't so. ): ...But more seriously, that's part of his charm, for me. ::shrug:: Different strokes for different folks and all that cliched nonsense.

I actually... mostly don't ship either of them, for reasons including the fact that I would prefer to imagine having Al to myself (tho' not in a sexual manner. :x) and that it was... a big childhood show for me.

The biggest thing for them, though, that actually lets me see the pair is that it's a possibility, even if it would be... you know, pretty darn improbable. If you allow yourself to believe that maybe, sometime, when Sam has righted enough wrongs, he'll go home... maybe he can be with Al there. Or maybe he loses all of his memories and thinks he's Jonathan Archer. ::shot!!!::
