The Dresden files has some lady werewolves. But the stories are told from the POV of a guy who isn't the most progressive person in the world. (Not sure how much is the character, how much is the writer on that).

DA

I'd say it's the character, tbh, because the writer hangs lampshades. Lampshades. Lampshades EVERYWHERE lol. The first couple books were okay, then they went down the formulaic route and I noped out. Still haven't watch the series yet.

Well I wasn't too impressed with the short story from Karen Murphy's perspective... There was a little too much, "trying too hard," in the other direction.

The TV series is just another bland supernatural investigation show, lol, while the books are fomulaic, what makes them interesting to me is the end game they're building towards (and the characters)... There is no end game in the TV show, just a different problem each week.

I wanted to see the show just because when I like something I always want to experience all forms of it, but people keep saying it sucks compared to the books and isn't much like them so I'm thinking I'm not going to. Also, Karrin is okay (haven't read that story) but Molly is best girl and I would love to get a story from her perspective

Well some of the episodes were decent, just don't go into it expecting it to be the same.

Bob is a ghost, who has a human form, and like I said there's really no endgame (as far as I watched), still it's not horrible for what it is. Might as well give it a watch.

Might give it a shot and pretend it's an AU. That's what I do with Game of Thrones tv versus books and it makes it a lot more fun.
