Re: Tell me about your injuries fs

Two things:

-I have a scar on my head from when I ran into a pole at the age of 9. Thing is, there was no good reason for me to have run into that pole (not that there probably ever is a good reason for someone running into a pole, but you never know). It was jutting out from a fence, extending only about a foot, and I could easily have run around it. Instead, I decided that I should run under it. Welp, I didn't duck low enough. Wound up with eight stitches.

-I broke one of the toes on my left foot. Back when my husband and I were still just dating, we went walking around the grounds of a state park. There was a lake, and we ventured down to it, and there was a slab of shale partially submerged in water that, for whatever reason, we felt the need to cross. We were wearing sandals. Sandals! And it was wet shale! I managed to take two steps before I slid into a ragged part of the slab, sliced up my foot, and...broke my toe.

Other than that, nothing major, which is amazing, because I apparently have a penchant for doing ill-advised things.
