Don't have a bar for pull-ups, can't install one :(

I've been doing the others but I've no idea what's considered a decent number or what level of fitness they make me

If you have a playground near you they might have a bar that can be used. That is what my SO does since we can't install a bar in our current place.

Depends on your age, sex, and weight but the president's challenge fitness charts are fairly good standard for the average American citizen who would like to attain a moderate healthy fitness level.
