(Anonymous) 2015-05-04 01:16 am (UTC)(link)A lot of places like society6 and inprnt are also coming directly from the artist so even if the print is fairly inexpensive, you are supporting an artist directly (which I recommend doing.)

Before we had art, one of the other people here would cut things out of comics and magazines and sticky tack it everywhere. She would particularly scrounge weird high fashion mags from the school library, with the librarian's permission. Our younger brother took a page from her book and put up movie posters.

(Anonymous) 2015-05-04 03:05 am (UTC)(link)Lots of places will allow you to upload a photo and order a large print. Simple wooden frames are cheap at Wal-Mart and dollar stores. You can also frame calendar art, greeting cards, postcards, etc. Fine art posters are relatively inexpensive on Ebay. You can also Google for instructions on how to frame fabric. Colorful, pretty fabrics are cheap if you buy fat quarters at a craft store, and they're frequently on sale for $1.
