26. Ummm...maybe the majority of us need plot because a story where nothing happens is boring as hell? Which is what I find most slice-of-life vignettes to be. Plot doesn't have to be a sprawling multi-chapter epic. Short fics can have it, too. As long as there is conflict, you have a plot. Resolution is nice, but optional, especially in short fics.

Without plot, you don't have a story. You just have a random scene.

Really, this drabbles/ficlets > longer fics bitching is getting old. Please to be shutting the fuck up now, kthx.

Perhaps you should start with the shutting up with the bitching. Some people like slice of life, you don't. Doesn't make you superior to anyone else. Really. It doesn't.
