12. Re: Reid, I've found some stories where he's spot-on, but there is a lack, from what I can find, of fic where he is done correctly. But I think that's true of any fandom, and CM is also a relatively small one, which can sometimes be a disadvantage. 100% agreed on JJ and Garcia though. :)

Take it from a writer - Stephanie Meyer is pretty bad. Bella is a Mary-Sue and the story sucks. I hated and loved the books at the same time, and I probably only got addicted to them as a break from reading my textbooks.

38. I researched a lot about dysthymic disorder for a story I never ended up writing, and that included the effects of antidepressants. DO I WIN? Anyway, I agree; if you're going to write something dealing with real issues, make sure you know exactly what the issues are first.

I KNOW. Seriously, if one more person starts on at me because i haven't read them/don't think they seem all that fantastic i will do something drastic. Every single one of my friends has read the series and every time it comes up in conversation (which is does often, seeing as it's TEH BEST BOOK EVA ZOMG) i get the "why haven't you read them yet?/they're so awesome/but it has romance! You like romantic stuff, therefore you will love this" speech.

... and that comment turned into a rant *is sheepish* sorry about that.
