23. ... Have you read any of the previous secrets? I'm under the impression that NOBODY likes this book. Every secret I read about it is talking about how much they hate it. I'm thinking the critics liked it and the rest of the population seemed to despise it.

26. Ummm...maybe the majority of us need plot because a story where nothing happens is boring as hell? Which is what I find most slice-of-life vignettes to be. Plot doesn't have to be a sprawling multi-chapter epic. Short fics can have it, too. As long as there is conflict, you have a plot. Resolution is nice, but optional, especially in short fics.

Without plot, you don't have a story. You just have a random scene.

Really, this drabbles/ficlets > longer fics bitching is getting old. Please to be shutting the fuck up now, kthx.

10. Yeah, no het fan has ever bashed a character and wish she was dead for being in a canon relationship with one half of their OTP --OH WAIT! HI THAR HARMONIANS!

Lets see... in Bleach the Ichigo/Rukia fans do nothing but bash Orihime, while the Ichigo/Orihime fans do nothing but bash Rukia. Granted neither pairing is canon yet but I think we all know that one of those 'ships is going to happen.

And then there are the Doctor/Rose fans who love to bash Martha while the Doctor/any-other-companion fans love to bash Rose...

I know character bashing sucks but you shouldn't have singled out slash as the cause of it. Besides there are plenty of slash parings that are canon. Yeah imagine that, two guys in a canon relationship. THE HORROR!

Naw, you're not.

It's the people who over-glorify Luigi into some unfailable god or a domestic abuse victim (who's beaten by his 'oh-so-evil' brother) and in the process tear down other characters -like Mario- that are the problem.

23. Wow, I'm glad you got your Twilight frustration out. I personally couldn't put the first book down and I cried while reading the first half of "New Moon". Yeah, it's frustrating that they don't have sex, but I think it's sweet how Edward wants to wait for marriage. He's from the early 1900s yanno! I want a hott vampire to make out with too XDDDD

But no. COMPLETELY different fandoms. <3 While I am a fan of Edgy topping, that picture was TOTALLY just used cause it was hot.
