Re: DIET MOTIVATIONS

On one hand, I've failed every "diet" I've tried. Diets are shit, and make you feel like shit, honestly.

On the other, I recently lost 30 pounds through a combination of permanently changing my eating habits and starting to exercise more.

This time, instead of losing weight, I aimed to gain fitness. Every day, I could run a little further, lift a little more, do a few more reps of whatever I was doing. That's a way more measurable happiness than watching a number on a scale. I don't "diet," I get healthier, for me and the rest of my life.
