eggs are actually amazing for you dont even worry

you may want to cut down to 1-2 yolks and 4 egg whites but 1-2 yolks a day is not bad for most people

egg whites don't even have any cholesterol

I hate wasting food though....

I get that the white is where the protein is and the yolks are the "bad" portion but it makes me cringe to think of throwing them out.

What else am I supposed to do with them otherwise, just keep collect the yolks?

Make yellow cake!

You could always save them for tomorrow's meal too. Also add other legumes for your protein?

lots of things

bake them into cake or pudding or sauces for later

if you have a pet it's good for their fur (cooked ofc for salmonella reasons)

you can also use them as homemade hair or skin care
