It's not, but it's a one off character from a two episode arc of a series only really known to anime fans.

Well, considering our profession and height...I(d say some difference, physically. Anime characters tend to be small-ish and I'd imagine you'd have shorter hair. Sorry, don't really know the character otherwise.

No idea who that guy is, but going by his face and moonshine beanie, he's one of those stock stoic bamf characters that do justice vigilante things. So totally yes. That's you. The hat is your boozing level prize.
