I’m getting bored with the MCU.

It used to be my biggest fandom, and I haven’t found a new one to replace it yet. It’s uncomfortable. I miss being excited.

Bonus: I’m afraid that Ms. Marvel and Black Panther won’t actually get made because enough other people will get bored with the MCU that they’ll cut them from the lineup for “financial reasons.”

I’m still excited for some of the upcoming movies, but after seeing Ultron, I’m losing confidence.

I get it.

I thought Ultron was just okay, but a lot of people liked it (and it was pretty well reviewed). So if it keeps on like that, I think Black Panther and Ms. Marvel will happen. But if they get a few movies with mediocre box office or one real dud, yeah, they will probably get cut.

It depends on the viewer. I liked Age of Ultron but I'm much more excited for the director's cut. I'm also amped for the future movies, especially Civil War because the Captain America movies are my favorites so far of the MCU. I'm also very eager to see Guardians of the Galaxy 2 and the unreleased movies. However, I don't care about Thor (beyond Chris Hemsworth's perfect pecs) and I actively hate Agents of SUCK.

The MCU has something for everyone... and something not for everyone. You don't have to watch it all in one piece.

Ah, someone who also dislikes AoS... come into my arms, Nonny!
