Anyone who wants the right to state their opinion by denying others the right to state theirs.

On the minor end of the scale you see it in fandom where people feel the need to make endless posts about how whoever they hate that week needs to shut up and keep their opinions to themselves, all the while hilariously not realizing that they're being raging hypocrites.
