Ask any of your questions! I'm around for about 30 more minutes then I gotta go to doggie class and will be back in about 2 hours.

But some non-spoilery points of interest in the next comment anyway (for those who want to know NOTHING)

- oh boy the MRA's would be WAY ANGRIER if they had actually WATCHED the movie
- Rape neither occurs on screen or is directly referenced. It is however alluded to quite seriously.
- The experiences of the women were not used for laughs
- It passes the Beschdel test by miles.
- The women are not cookie cutter background copies of each other
- I hadn't actually seen a single trailer so I had no idea Furiosa, essentially the main protaganist, was a disabled women of colour/mixed heritage. However Mad Max is pretty good with it's disabled people.
- After about halfway through the movie we get introduced to some really new cool characters


ETA: There is some disturbing imagery briefly, women were referred to as "things and breeders". Things turn out well for the women in the disturbing imagery

White text of disturbing imagery: Obese "breeders" hooked up to milking machines and nursing babies. Chastity belts are briefly referenced

Of protags or everyone?

Pretty much most of the main protags survive. The majority of the women Furiosa is smuggling survive. Of the intial group of Furiosa + smuggled women and Mad max, I think only one dies.

Highlight for names of survivors/dead:

Mad Max survives of course. As does Furiosa who... considering MadMax:Furiosa is a possible sequel, makes sense. IDK all the girls names but all of them except "Joe's favourite" survive. Joe's fave, who is incredibly pregnant, does not survive and neither does her child. The c-section does not occur on screen.
Nux, a persistant war pup, does not. As far as I could gather, all of Joe's family/the antagonists, die.
Most of the cool group you're introduced to later in the movie die. I think 1 or 2 survived. They go out in amazing blazes of glory though
