Spinach. Spinach is one of my favorite foods ever.

Seriously, mince some garlic, roast it in a saucepan with a little bit of vegetable oil, and then dump in some raw spinach leaves (baby spinach, preferably). Add a bit of salt and stir until the leaves are completely wilted, but no longer than that. Don't use any water whatsoever at any time. Then sprinkle on some lemon juice and eat.

Literally one of my top five favorite foods.

Spinach is amazing. Also delicious in smoothies.

I love spinach, and prefer it to other leafy greens. When I make salads, I use raw spinach instead of lettuce. So much more flavor.

Tell me how it went, if you want! I usually use ghee instead of vegetable oil, but it's a lot more expensive to buy and also not available everywhere. Actually now that I think of it, canola oil should be fine too.
