LITERALLY the only carbs I ate were the 250 calories of oats plus 110 calories of bread for my sandwich
Do I REALLY have to cut the carbs even more?

The rapid weight loss you gain from cutting them out ISN'T a good sign, it's part muscle wasteage and ultimately will hurt your long-term chances of losing weight.
