It's the same thing because you're still eating a food that's mostly carbs. Try a piece of cheese with the same # of calories, and I guarantee you'll stay full longer.

40% of my calories of from fruits/vegetables

then it's lean turkey, eggs, whole milk, 10 grams of cheese

LITERALLY the only carbs I ate were the 250 calories of oats plus 110 calories of bread for my sandwich

Do I REALLY have to cut the carbs even more?

Actually, yes. It will help even out your blood sugar so you don't get these highs and lows.

No, no, no. You still need carbs. Healthy ones, but you can't give them up entirely without harming yourself:

The rapid weight loss you gain from cutting them out ISN'T a good sign, it's part muscle wasteage and ultimately will hurt your long-term chances of losing weight.
