You have either two options.

1. You are hungry because, regardless of whatever math you've done on some BMI website, your body needs more calories than you're giving it to function.

2. You feel hungry because you're constantly obsessed with and focusing on food and calories.

I don't think it's #2 because it wakes me up at night.

I'll wake up out of hunger. If it was due to some conscious obsession, why would that happen?

Then eat more until you don't feel that way. I don't know what you want people to say? If you're hungry, eat.

And yes, obsessive thoughts can most definitely wake you up at night. Ask anyone suffering from OCD related anxieties. You've been going on about this for months, saying the exact same things to us over and over and over. You might want to start exploring actual medical help options.
