What about the others?

Maybe it's just me, but that sounds like it might not be enough.

Or you could always try changing the distribution and seeing if it helps your energy levels. Try eating more fat and less carbs. Or more protein and less carbs. Find something that makes you feel better. There's no need to stick exactly to one method.

Maybe look into the keto diet, too - veggies and fruit might just not be what your body wants.

I agree with this, if you go keto, at least, get more fats. I started on that diet and giving up the carbs was hard, and I was hungry all the freaking time, felt weak... until I added more fats into my diet, and it helped a lot. The idea that you can only eat lean meat came about because of all the carbs people ingest constantly. You can't have both and be healthy, it's bad for your heart. But if you're only eating all those healthy carbs like green beans and high fiber fruits and vegetables, especially if you are avoiding bread/pasta/rice, then you can definitely stand to get a lot more fat in your diet.
