I'm pretty sure she's not using the word vandalism to imply she thinks her (or anyobdy's face) is public property - it's not the best choice of words, but I think it's a strech to assume she means anything more than "pointless destruction". But, anyway, I'm okay with her being very negative about plastic surgery (it's not like she's talking about face reconstruction), so... *shrugs*

//I'm not going to call anybody evil or forbid them to do whatever they want with their bodies, but,still, my private opinion about it is very, very negative, the more people use plastic surgery for purely easthetic reasons, the more nromalised it becomes. The "beauty standard" bar moves higher and higher, and the social expectations follow suit. So, yeah, I do believe it more of a negative phenomenon than anything else//
