(Anonymous) 2015-05-22 10:42 pm (UTC)(link)Of course, I've never actually used C/C as a background pairing in any fic I've written, tagged or untagged (if I'm writing C/C, it's the main pairing, and thus tagged accordingly) so I guess I'm not the irritating kind that you're talking about.

Of course, I may also be enough on the old school side of fandom that I really don't see what shipping and canon really have to do with each other anyway. Never did quite understand the push to have ships made canon or the wailing when canon goes in a different direction from a favored ship.
