Do I annoy them?

I seriously stress out about whether I annoy people. It makes it so difficult to socialize because I'm always worried that I'm boring them or they don't want to talk to me.

Part of the problem is that I don't like myself very much and, if given the choice, I wouldn't want to talk to me either.

The only solution that I've ever found is trying to be hypervigilant for signs that you're annoying someone, and then try to be conscious of that and look for any way you can find to pull back and give them more space.

Which is, pretty obviously, not a great coping mechanism at all.
