Re: Is Amy Shumer a rapist?

It sounds to me like drunk or not, he was the one who had the power in that situation.

She was by her own admission insecure, in her first year at college and not overly confident. She was on the lowest end of college hierarchy and he was a popular senior. If anyone has a right to call rape, it would be her, but as she was clearly willing, and as he was also willing, and capable enough to use the phone correctly, I say it's in not in any way rape.

Being insecure or unpopular doesn't mean you can't rape somebody, wtf. She was in college. She was a fucking adult, responsible for her own emotions and her own bad choices. If this story is true then she's not a victim, she's a rapist.

She went over to a drunk person's house and then had sex with them while they were so drunk they were incoherent, unresponsive, and falling asleep. Meaning he couldn't consent and likely wasn't mentally or physically coordinated enough to fight her off.

DA

Apparently he was mentally and physically coordinated enough to be " pushing aggressively into [her] thigh", several failed attempts at pentration and a half-assed attempt at oral.

Is that what you mean by trying to "fight her off"? Because you've been having some very confusing sex if that's the case.

Holy shit, you are the most full of shit of all the full-of-shit people. And your conception of "power" is both grotesquely disturbing and disturbingly grotesque.
