Depends on the tea and on how you're drinking it.

Black tea usually has more caffeine than green tea. White and oolong tea can vary widely between brands -- some will have almost as much as black tea, some have much less than green. Some herbal teas have no caffeine in them at all (or, technically, tea), and certain varieties like chamomile can aid relaxation. You can also get decaff varieties of black and/or green tea.

If you're making your tea very milky, there are compounds in milk that can make you sleepy. If you're adding sugar it could go either way; some people feel sleepy after a sugary/carby rush - especially if you don't have much in the way of sugars or carbs otherwise - while some people feel wired, particularly in conjunction with the caffeine. The dip after the sugar-caffeine combo can also make some people very sluggish, although it isn't usually as dramatic a crash as you get with coffee because there are components in the tea that mean your body processes the caffeine differently.

Are you usually a tea/coffee drinker? If you're not used to it then the effects can be even more pronounced. If you're drinking it as a pick-me-up expecting the same kind of energizing effect as coffee, that may also be amplifying the tiredness you feel.
