or what's a role you saw them in that made you go "holy shit this person is attractive" that made you start noticing them in other things?

For me it was seeing her in Stranger Than Fiction.

Sebastian Stan in The Winter Soldier. I didn't find him attractive at all until then. Hell, as I walked into the theater my sister was like, "Do you find him hot?" And I was like, nah. At the end of the movie I looked at my sister and was like, "Fuck."

Yeah, seriously. I saw the movie a couple months after it came out, so I was always seeing all this hype and people obsessing over him, and I was constantly thinking to myself, "Really? This guy?"

But then I watched it and understood completely.

I know! It is so weird. Like 70% of it is the way he moves as The Winter Soldier.

I'm way, way more into his character in the first CA movie, and part of it is the teeth job. (Damn Hydra!)

The internet is giving me nothing about Sebastian Stan and teeth.

No official (or semi-official source) that I can find but fan blogs have it that he had them straightened at some point between movies.

I mainly brought it up because it's become a plot point in fics and the in-universe explanation is that Hydra did it. And that is hilarious.

Huh. I would have thought there be some before and after pics. GET ON THAT GOOGLE IMAGES!

I couldn't say if I found him attractive or not beforehand because I'd never seen him in anything prior to TFA and I thought he was cute as Bucky then, but as Winter Solider Bucky his attractive levels did skyrocket for me. Hot damn.

Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner.

I went on a massive Mark Ruffalo binge in the time between the first Avengers movie and AoU, and have discovered that he's shown up in movies I've seen before, but I didn't notice him or think he was attractive until the Avengers.

I thought he was cute in Just Like Heaven and Zodiac, but never thought he was hot before the Avengers.

I thought he was cute in 13 Going On 30, but I'm pretty sure that was the only aspect of his character in that movie. :P

I liked him a lot in Zodiac, but that accent... those side chops... I laugh every time, which is weird considering the movie's subject matter.

Paddy Considine in The World's End

Tom Hiddleston. After Thor 2 I went and watched everything he was in. I even watched Muppet Most Wanted in theaters because I was so into him at that moment.

I'm far too damned hyped for Crimson Peak considering it's five month away.

Michael Rooker as Yondu in GOTG.

Now I'm slowly, but surely making my way through his filmography -mostly hitting the notable roles in movies first- and boy, he was really kind of adorable-looking in the late 80's/early 90's. It's also weird seeing him with actual hair, too.

(It will be... some time before I even attempt the first three seasons of 'The Walking Dead', though, ahaha)

Robert Carlyle as Rumpelstiltskin. Only there's still plenty of his work where I'm like "yeah, you're a great actor, but for some reason I only find you hot when you look like a lizard rolled in glitter."

I like Robert Carlyle in The Full Monty and as Begbie in Trainspotting (it's the mustache).

Tim Roth in Reservoir Dogs.

I always liked Hugh Laurie but it wasn't till he played House that I found him sexy.
