Actually that is what it's saying, by immediately presuming that what she says she "loved" must be the rape and not the challenge of you know, doing her job well.

I'm tired of seeing bullshit taken completely out of context just so some idiots can't seem to function without taking offence to something too.

and you completely misunderstand.

The SECRET is not "immediately presuming that what she says she "loved" must be the rape and not the challenge of you know, doing her job well." I think the OP thinks other people will think that, and that's what the secret is about.

BUT my point was that the OP didn't say she (or anyone) "can't" enjoy their job, or that they can't talk about it.

You, like the OP, seem to see no difference between someone talking about the impact of an action and someone telling someone "you can't do that!" They aren't the same thing.

But people totally don't understand that. If I say "the secret isn't saying she can't say something" people counter that with "it totally is because they misinterpreted what she said." Regardless of whether they misinterpreted what she said, they aren't saying she can't say it.

well, it IS basically saying that sure, she can say it, but she's a bad feminist/woman for it, or stupid, or greedy.
