Not terribly weird but...a group of girls dared me to telephone our 8th grade science teacher and tell him I had a crush on him because "it would be funny." So I did. I was a very stupid 13-year old.

I hated phone dares! They were always the worst because you're listening to the phone ring and thinking "please don't be home".

To this day, I can't believe I didn't end up in the principal's or counselor's office. But he took it in stride and reminded us that we had a quiz coming up. Yeah, he could hear everyone else giggling in the background. Idiots, I tell ya. Idiots. :-)
