That's preposterous. Egalitarianism is largely a meaningless alternate term for feminists who don't want to use the "feminist" label because they bought into the idea that it's been "tainted" -- usually by regressives who dredge up the loopiest examples of feminism to paint the whole movement with the same brush, assuming they didn't just invent the example out of whole cloth.
