Okay, so out of interest I checked everyone out. They're all working steadily and I have no idea how to "rank" them, but this is what they've been up to:

Colin Morgan: small role in "The Fall" (acclaimed show), small role in "Quirke" (not as popular), small roles in "Legend" and "Testament of Youth" (two reasonably big films), theatre work in "The Tempest" and "Mojo" (well received) and upcoming show called "Humans" (no reviews yet).

Katie McGrath: a small part in "Dates" (TV show), supporting role in "Dracula" (badly received), lead roles in "The Throwaways" and "Leading Lady" (which seem to be rather low-budget semi-good films), a part in a Hozier music video, a role in "Jurassic World" (this is what everyone is hyped up about and presumably what the OP means by "prolific"), and an upcoming role in Guy Ritchie's "Knights of the Round Table" (no idea what that's going to be like).

Angel Coulby: supporting role in "Dancing on the Edge" (which was up for three GGs), supporting role in "The Tunnel" (well received and currently filming second season), theatre role in "Good People" (popular enough to get an extended run) and a voice in the new "Thunderbirds" show (also renewed for a second season).

Bradley James: a bit part on "Homeland" (only on-screen for about six seconds), a guest starring role in iZombie (well received) and lead role in a miniseries called "Damien" which is apparently a take on "The Omen" (no reviews yet).

So I guess the OP is judging based on whether or not they're doing big Hollywood films? Which sure, means that that Katie is the most prolific (or soon will be), but it's early days yet and they're all doing pretty well.

as an addendum,

Katie's parts in Jurassic World and Knights of the Round Table could be characterized as 'bit', as can Colin's part in Legends.

Also you can characterize Colin's role in Humans as 'supporting.' Colin was also part of an ensemble for the radio play 'Good Omens', did narration for a documentary on addicts, and completed filming a short film focusing on male suicide.

Bradley's 'Damien' is a series, not a mini-series, and has been well-regarded enough to go from six episodes to 10 episodes.

I think they're all doing well too, and that includes Eoin Macken and Tom Hopper and Alex Vlahos. The writing may have crap in 'Merlin' but the producers could spot talent.

Yeah, I would say they're all doing fairly well. Bradley seemed to take a break for a while but he's getting back into things. But I'd say probably Colin and Angel are doing the best (which makes sense they were the strongest actors). Glad to see most of the cast doing well, tbh, they deserved better than the shitty writing they got on Merlin.
