I was pretty okay with her in Origins, but the development she shows in Inquisition was just amazing - it just feels like she has grown so much in the ten years since the Blight and I loved that. Also, her relationship with Kieran (assuming he exists) is adorable!

I also think Warden!Alistair had excellent development. King!Alistair is not as great, though still decent (the comics are better in that regard).
