(If you DO have a stairway available, it's pretty easy - just start where you feel comfortable and move a step down when you feel strong enough until you hit the floor)

ETA: Or do 5 of them 5 times or something! Generally people seem to say 25-30 divided into at least 3 sets is a good number to start with
(I AM BY NO MEANS AN EXPERT this is me just repeating commonly suggested stuff)
