Re: Fitness thread

I think it might be the water thing. Going to test it out over the next few days. It's just that tbh, I thought being nauseous was normal? It happened all the time while I was growing up so I thought I was just weak. I've never been in the best of shape so I just shrugged it off. But then both my bro and a friend who are hardcore fitness people told me that's not supposed to happen.

If this persists, I'm gonna ask my doc the next time I see him.

It's not normal, no. Letting your doctor know that this has been a lifelong problem for you is a good idea. At least maybe you can get a general screening and check up to see if there are any issues you ought to know about.

Welp, good to know. Thanks for the advice. I don't expect much to come out of it because a lot of medical stuff has very rarely come to a satisfactory fruitation for me, but knowing what's causing it would be relieving.

At the very least it seems that I'm not TOO much of a pushover when it comes to fitness. ;_;
