Am I the only MCU fan who doesn't give a damn which ~fandom darling~ could lift Mjolnir?

At this point, I don't even want to see the thing in another frame with Steve, Natasha, Stan Lee, some random bystander, a cat, or a kitchen sink.

Fandom is way too obsessed with who they're convinced "OMGEE TOTALLY COULD *insert ten page Meta*!" lift the damn thing.

Mjolnir is the real 'ho of the whole MCU, I don't know why anyone gave Black Widow shit. After a point, that damn hammer will let about anyone fondle its handle if they sweet-talk it enough.

Superman's picked it up, and Superman is a goddamn dickery legend.

In the comics it's canon that Superman can lift Mjolnir. (see: JLA/Avengers)

Well, I think the discussion is fun. I've seen very little of it anyway, but don't mind people's headcanons and theories. It's more entertaining to me than speculating about Civil War, because I don't give a shit about Civil War right now. I DO however adore Thor, think Mjolnir is a cool concept and feel like it would be a shame to not address it again.

Well, that goes without saying.

Does anyone even know who has the Squirrel Girl movie rights? She's supposedly a mutant (Fox), but is not associated with X-Men (not so Fox), is associated with Avengers (Marvel), first appeared in an Iron Man story (Marvel) where they fought Doctor Doom (Fox).

So, is she in the same boat as the Maximoffs, where either studio has a claim, or did Lionsgate quietly buy her years ago, or what?

Marvel filed TV and Movie trade marks for her a year ago and James Gunn has said he wants Squirrel Girl in the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise.
