You have the right idea. I want a Hobbiton as well, except I still want modern comforts (including a movie theater/gaming room).

Then I would probably buy or adopt a half dozen dogs, give money to charity, buy lots of nice clothing, give gifts to my family/friends, and buy all the fandom merchandise. (Action figures, statues, etc.)

Oh, and I'd hire a personal chef because I like food but am not that skilled at cooking. It would be amazing.
