From my limited experience, it looks like Hades/Persephone is big.

I was going to say, that was probably my first big messy, smutty ship when I was very young.

Probably also Odysseus/Penelope, Odysseus/Calypso, and Nausicaä with either Odysseus or Telemachus. But with that many (halfway) reasonable ships, I don't think any one is a juggernaut.

Somewhere there's probably an Ajax/Ajax fic just for the sake of being strange?

From what I've seen, Hades/Persephone, Orpheus/Eurydice, and maybe Achilles/Patroclus, are the main ones. I'm rather fond of the first two myself.
