If you use crazy logic it kind of is? Because Anakin made C3PO so he is basically his dad. And Luke is his son. So they'd be brothers.

It'd probably still be a bit weird from Threepio's POV, banging the biological son of the man who built him. Or it would be, if he hadn't had his memories of that little tidbit wiped, anyway. By the adoptive parent of his maker's other biological kid. Which is also weird-making. Plus the fact that Luke kind of owned Threepio as well (well, Owen bought him, after Threepio'd kind of been stolen/escaped, and then things got complicated, but still). That's ... I mean, it's not biological incest, but that's still a whole bundle of weird in one relationship.
