Well, of course no one knows for sure. Because it is a pretend character. But you base how you think anyone (fictional and real) will react based on your own experiences and knowledge of the world.

I don't know how _______ would react to his brother being murdered by a vampire. But based off of the real world, I'd say that he would likely become depressed and angry. He'd also probably channel that angers towards vampires. Depending on how close he was with his brother, he may even become motivated enough to hunt down and kill vampires.

I don't actually know anyone who has been murdered by vampires. But I can try and figure out what might happen.
