UFO. I mostly want crossovers, though, especially with various other spy and sci-fi canons. A secret war against aliens would slot interestingly into several universes, and I want to see people react to Straker in particular.

Airwolf. Again, kind of mostly want crossovers. Or a Sentinel fusion. I'd love that.

Mononoke. Immortal peddler wanders the earth exorcising spirits/demons. There is a lot you can do with that, and the six story arcs of the show (counting the one from Ayakashi Horror Tales) aren't nearly enough. Would also, again, be good in crossover.

And a whole bunch more. I read/watch way more stuff than I can find good fanfic for :(
