The only defense of Potato-face that I would accept is that he was fifteen and it's very possible someone was messing around (or had messed around in the past) with him, and he was repeating that behavior. The law enforcement officer they sent him to was later convicted of child porn, they hung around that one guy who was convicted of sexual assault, etc. If there was a rumor that he was molested as well, I'd believe it.

Michelle and Bob-Jimmy are the ones who really deserve to be raked over the coals for this. The girls went to them and they did nothing for a Goddamn year.
