It's honestly not. It's a result of the same racist narrative by which African-American men are held to be well-endowed. people of African descent are held to be less intelligent and more instinctual; therefore less rational but more in tune with the primal and emotional, and more animalistic, and sexual, and physical, and consequently more big dicked. people of Asian descent, among others (IE Jews) are held to be more intelligent and rational and civilized; therefore not spiritual, cynical, cheap, and also less physical and strong and animalistic and infertile, hence little-dicked. white people, of course, are like the third bear's porridge - just the right mix of big dick and big brain.
