See, this is the inherent danger in "always believe the 'victim' no matter what." Look at the mental gymnastics you're running to excuse this girl from her frankly disgusting behavior.

The reality of the situation is, she probably lied about everything, and is using her 'fame' from the whole experience to make a quick buck and snag the spotlight for just a little longer. Meanwhile, actual rape victims are going to go silent even more than they already do, for fear of being lumped in with this colossal, lying loser.

Can you prove that actual rape victims are more quiet rather than more vocal following her performance art? Since you like proof so much, you can prove that, right?

No. The reason it seems like she's lying is because there's no evidence she was raped. She only accused him after she sent him text messages proclaiming her love for him and begging him to talk to her and he expressed he wasn't interested in a relationship. She refused to share any details of the rape with the police, except for when and where it supposedly happened. And it was found that the accused was somewhere else when the rape supposedly happened.
