TBH I didn't know Honest Hearts was hated...I thought it was one of the more popular DLC's

These points aren't mutually exclusive, of course. I can certainly see it as a love it or hate it DLC. I think Dead Money would have the same sort of status if it didn't have as many bugs as it does (it's pretty close to it, even with the bugs).

And OWB is f'n HILARIOUS. And massively confusing before the story really gets going, but that just makes it more fun.

I've enjoyed some of the Fallout DLC but not that much, so I'm getting hyped for OWB. I never imagined Bethesda would do a DLC with so much humor, but that's exactly what I've been wanting more of. I don't even mind confusion, I just want something fun to play and somewhat lighthearted.

Well, OWB is super fun and hilarious, so I think you'll love it then. (and the voice acting is great too!)
