I don't know if they'll actually bang, but I would bet money that one day, at SOME POINT before the show ends, Mac's gonna make out with him. It's gonna happen. It's just been building for too long. That will probably be the moment he finally fully realizes/accepts that he's gay, cause Dennis is the guy he really wants.
