If you only opt for enlargement on one breast, you should be able to breast feed just fine. Even if you decide to go for a higher nipple placement on the other breast, there's no reason you shouldn't be able to breast feed. Glandular tissue is spared in that kind of reconstructive surgery.

Also there likelihood of nerve pain is not "high", it's an individual issue and depends on which type of procedure you are looking for.

You have a lot of options here as far as surgery goes. You could have your own fat/stomach tissue taken to fill out the smaller breast, or you could have an implant, you could have the larger breast reduced to match the smaller one (since not everyone has to want large breasts).

Consult with more than one surgeon about your options, as different surgeons employ different techniques and one surgeon might be better at handling your particular case than another.
