We are all asymmetrical to varying degrees, really, and this kind of breast asymmetry is common. You imply that you can live with it, so you probably can adapt your sense of yourself to be all right with it.

(Anonymous) 2015-06-07 08:42 am (UTC)(link)Chicken cutlets never seem to be quite the right size. I'm quite petite, so I think it may be that. They always make the smaller one bigger than the bigger one.
But yes, surgery is not an ideal option.

This does sound like something to talk to professionals about. Your regular doctor can give you some perspective on the health issues. A psychologist or counsellor could help you with your emotional perspective. And if it comes to that, you can see a plastic surgeon and get an idea what can be done.
Maybe you can get a procedure that just leaves you some scar tissue below the mammary gland on one side, but close symmetry overall.
I get how annoying this is, but remember, it's annoying to you far more than it is to other people. You have to be able to make peace with your body, whether you get surgery or not.
