It's referenced in various letters, the calendar, strictures and books, I believe the artbook elaborated on it a bit more but we started doing it as a yearly (or bi yearly? I forget) event before that came out.

It's probably coming up again soon, whoever it is than runs it tends to just let the tag no all the dates and usually about 60-80 people are involved. I think I've only bailed on one of the events. It's basically a secret-santa type deal.
