Wouldn't work for me. I'm not in favor of worshipping every supernatural being that believes it deserves to be worshipped by virtue of being more powerful than me.

Well man I agree and all. But hypothetically, if, say, the Abrahamic God exists, created the world, defines morality and can send your soul to hell to be tortured for infinity, then how argue? I think it's a fallacy and all, but if "God is Good" and "God Exists" then I am by definition wrong, and what he/she/it tells me to do is, by definition, the ethical course of action, and any independent thought I have is wrong or evil. It'd be the endgame.

idk, to be honest all it would have to do is prove to me that I have a soul and if I don't follow the rules I'm going to be painfully tortured for forever.

Call me a simple creature but that would do it.

DA That wouldn't prove it's good, though, all it would prove is that it's got enough power over you to prioritise its moral system over yours. Someone can be stronger than you, even exponentially stronger, and still be wrong.

How do you come to the conclusion that "God Exists" = "God is Good"? Of course a creature believing itself to be God would also consider itself to be the ultimate judge of good vs evil, but where's the proof? As an Atheist, surely you base your moral code on something other than Abrahamic religions, meaning that you acknowledge that morality doesn't have to come from the place of "Authority". Whether the authority is the Pope* or God himself, it doens't matter.

*Coincidentally, one of the fillars of the Catholic faith is the belief in Papal Infallibility, which basically means "The Pope is always right, and we know that because he says he's always right, and we can trust his words, because he's the Pope, and the Pope is always right".

Of course I believe my moral code is "human", not supernatural.

But supposing the Abrahamic God exists, it is Good, because that's how God is defined by the Abrahamics. The Abrahamic God is infallible.

If a supernatural creature came up to me claiming to be God of course I'd be skeptical. But if he were able to prove that he was the sort of god as the Abrahamics, then what would you do? If that sort of God exists, you can't use logic anymore.

Eh not necessarily. If the Abrahamic God exists, it thinks it's good and its followers think its good. But, if we are radically redefining the word good to include everything that a God who floods massive amounts of people does, maybe good isn't something some of us want to be, and we need to invent another word to mean what good used to mean.

If saving orphans from fires got radically redefined as Evil, some of us wouldn't mind being Evil as much any more

I actually do agree - I think if I died, and I stood before the Christian God who said I was evil because I was gay or something, I'd be like, well fuck you.

But honestly if this God actually does control the fate of your soul, and he made you, and he can have you tortured for forever... no matter what you believed, you'd have to toss in the towel.

I did say it wasn't logical, which is why I don't think God exists. But even entertaining the notion that something like that does exist is a headache.
