So like, I can give up my favorite food instead of gaming (my favorite form of entertainment)?

...This should be an easy answer, but it isn't. (Mostly because I feel like I would go, "Sure, I can never eat this again" then six months later I would be overcome with hunger and do it anyway. Maybe I would think, "Haha, of course I won't really die if I eat this thing! That's silly." When I found out I am indeed dying, I eat it every day for the rest of the year.)

Same for gaming...if I had to give up gaming something would make me cave/I wouldn't take the threat seriously.

Believe me, I know how stupid this is.

Well that's why I gave the choice between food or entertainment, right. I'm kind of wondering what kind of reward systems people would choose if they had to choose one.

Personally, I would choose to give up food as well.
