Don't care. It was still heroic of them to beat the Nazis. I'm not going to quibble with that because of the later sins of their government.

How about the at-the-exact-same-time sins of the soldiers themselves when they raped and destroyed their way across the countries they supposedly liberated and immediately following it up by replacing horrifically abusive German military occupation with horrifically abusive Russian occupation?
